Responsibilities: ? Collaborate with regional general manager to align HR strategies with business objectives and contribute to the organization’s success. ? Act as a local point of people expertise and implementing HR process & people approaches. ? Oversee workforce planning and recruitment processes to ensure the organization has the right talent in the right roles. ? Utilize HR analytics to identify trends and make data-driven recommendations for improving HR strategies and processes. ? Lead and support organizational change initiatives. ? Oversee training and development programs to enhance employee skills and competencies. ? Foster a positive workplace culture that promotes employee engagement and satisfaction. ? Ensure compliance with labor laws & regulations, while mitigating HR-related risks. ? Coach and provide feedback to business leaders and key talent. Qualifications: ? Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. ? 8+ years of proven experience as an HR Business Partner or similar role. ? Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and regulations. ? Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. ? Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities. ? Ability to build strong relationships and collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization. ? Demonstrated experience in change management and organizational development is a plus. ? Good English speaking and writing
